Baked Cinnamon Crusted Apples with Brookdale.

My wonderfully talented friend, Vanessa Lewis is a Photographer and Food Stylist. She went to Brookdale Health Hydro to take the pictures for their own, personalized cookbook. Inspired by Vanessa, I’ve been playing around with food styling and photography on the side, and I’m really not a pro, but here is my little attempt at food photography with a recipe from the book for Cinnamon Crusted Baked Apples. Just dip apples in to egg whites, then dip in to cinnamon and sugar mix – bake for about thirty minutes then EAT. Enjoy. Thank you so much for the present friend.
